Vendor FAQ

Know what to expect before applying.

What types of vendors are a good fit?
We welcome spiritual practitioners, readers, healers, wellness professionals, educators, researchers, authors, artists, conscious brands, makers and businesses offering products, services or experiences connected to spirituality, science, wellness, personal development, consciousness or human potential.
Does submitting an application guarantee acceptance?
No. Applications are reviewed for event alignment, quality, category balance and the overall attendee experience. Your space is not considered finally accepted until you receive an approval decision.
What happens if my application is declined?
Applicants who are not approved will receive a full refund of the vendor payment associated with the declined application.
Can I sell products and services?
Yes. Approved vendors may sell products, provide services, accept future bookings and collect customer leads from their assigned space. All offerings must match what was disclosed and approved through the vendor application.
Can I perform readings or consultations at my booth?
Yes. Readers, coaches, healers and other approved service providers may offer sessions or consultations from their spaces, provided their setup remains within the assigned footprint and does not interfere with neighboring vendors.
Are tables and chairs included?
Your reserved package secures the designated vendor-space footprint. Please verify the application or purchase description for the exact furniture included with your selection. Vendors should plan to supply their own branded displays, signage and business equipment unless the organizer confirms otherwise.
When will I receive setup information?
Approved vendors will receive detailed setup and event logistics before the expo. This will include load-in instructions, arrival information, parking guidance, operating expectations and other relevant venue details.
Do vendors need to remain for the full event?
Yes. Vendors are expected to remain operational for the full public event from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by the organizer in advance.
Is electricity available?
Electrical access depends on venue availability and booth placement. Include your electricity needs in the application so the request can be reviewed. Access is not guaranteed unless it is confirmed by the event organizer.
Can I apply for a Speaker Spotlight?
Yes. Approved vendors and guest speakers may request a 45-minute Speaker Spotlight. Speaking opportunities are limited and are reviewed based on educational value, topic relevance, audience fit and schedule availability.
Can two businesses share one vendor space?
Every business or practitioner represented within a space should be disclosed in the application. Shared spaces require approval so the organizer can confirm that all offerings align with the event and fit safely within the assigned footprint.
How many vendor spaces are available?
The planned marketplace includes up to 28 standard spaces and four premium double spaces. Availability may also be restricted by category to protect the variety and quality of the attendee experience.
